PRESIDENT

Board President and highly sought-after committee member, Dawn does it all. She enjoys home design, chasing whales in the Puget Sound, and being there for everyone she loves. And for that we love her. Dawn is a Commercial Banking officer for Heritage Bank.

VICE PRESIDENT

Zach is a member of the Cree Tribe and a founding member of the board. His corporate & technology know-how has propelled Fosterful into the future. He is the OG of IT at Fosterful, works as a Leadership Executive at Apple, and enjoys shooting hoops with his five children and wife, Sarah.

SECRETARY

An adoptive mom and successful photographer in her spare time, Tracy is the complete package. She brings a wealth of knowledge from the financial sector and is well-versed in nonprofit fundraising! Tracy is a Home Loan Officer for Gesa Credit Union.

TREASURER

Hart is a dedicated advocate for underserved populations in healthcare and a passionate social justice champion. When he’s not working as Senior Director of National Accounts at Fresenius Medical Care North America, he’s busy with his family, tackling home renovation projects, and planning the next travel adventure.

Alaskan Native and proud mom to two adorable cats, Dara is a trailblazer in the banking industry and brings an innovative and passionate approach to her role in helping kids experiencing foster care. Her infectious energy and creative thinking add so much value to our Board of Directors! Dara is a Business Relationship Officer for iQ Community Credit Union.

Victor is a dedicated advocate for education and lifelong learning. Originally from Louisiana, he has called the Pacific Northwest home for the last decade. As the HR Director for Classified Personnel at Vancouver Public Schools, he’s passionate about creating opportunities for others and fostering inclusive workplaces. Outside of work, Victor loves spending time with family and friends.

A startup talent consultant and coach, Mike has 24 years of experience partnering with founders as they build their team and their business. Mike has founded or co-founded 3 talent practices and 1 international nonprofit. He was the founding Director of Talent for Menlo Ventures startup studio, Menlo Labs, and was previously Head of Startup Talent for The Home Depot.
