  • Dara Alexander

    Dara, an Alaska Native and Business Relationship Officer at iQ Community Credit Union, is a trailblazer in the banking industry. She brings innovation, passion, and a deep commitment to supporting children in foster care. Her creative thinking and infectious energy are invaluable assets to our Board of Directors.

  • Kimberly Anderson

    Kimberly is a mental health professional with experience in academia, sexual assault advocacy, trauma-informed care, and bereavement support. She has served as lead adjunct in Human Development and Family Studies at Warner Pacific University, a Sexual Assault Advocate with the YWCA, and is now Lead Bereavement Counselor at PeaceHealth Hospice in Longview. She is passionate about fostering safe, supportive environments that encourage insight and growth.

  • Victor Cato

    Victor is a committed advocate for education and lifelong learning. Originally from Louisiana, he has made the Pacific Northwest his home for the past decade. As the HR Director for Classified Personnel at Vancouver Public Schools, he is passionate about fostering inclusive workplaces and creating meaningful opportunities for others.

  • Brondalyn Clark

    Brondalyn brings nonprofit leadership experience as the Deputy Director for Share Vancouver, along with community connections through her membership in the NAACP and Community Action Advisory Board. Her commitment to improving housing access, strengthening wraparound services, and advocating for trauma-informed care aligns with Fosterful's mission to provide stability and belonging for youth in foster care.

  • Mike Lee

    Mike Lee is a seasoned startup talent consultant and executive coach with 24 years of experience partnering with founders to build high-performing teams and scalable businesses. A certified Kolbe coach and consultant, Mike specializes in helping founders leverage their innate strengths and align their leadership with the right talent strategy—beginning with themselves.

  • Erin Wright

    Erin Wright is a licensed attorney in Washington State, a former family foundation board member, and a top-producing real estate agent in Vancouver, WA. With a passion for serving at-risk youth, advocating for animal rights, and supporting land conservation, she brings both professional expertise and heart for community service. Erin is honored to support Fosterful’s mission of bringing comfort and connection to children in foster care.
