Heart + Home Offers

Practical support, education, and community connection for foster families.

  • Learning Opportunities – Empower caregivers and youth with vital skills through Textured Hair Care and Teen Career Workshops

  • Community Building – Creating spaces for connection and support through Caregiver Collective support groups and caregiver appreciation events

  • Seasonal Items – Ensuring every child has what they need throughout the year by offering Halloween costumes, holiday gifts, and school backpacks.

  • Hands-On Help – Practical assistance to support caregivers at home through home clean-ups and team-building projects

Who is Eligible?

Heart & Home Services are available to licensed foster caregivers, kinship caregivers, and third-party foster caregivers in Clark, Cowlitz, Skamania, and Wahkiakum counties in Southwest Washington.
