Halloween is a time for dressing up, getting creative, and making memories. Thanks to the generosity of our community, children and youth experiencing foster care had the opportunity to find a costume they loved and get excited for Halloween!
This year, Fosterful hosted two days of Halloween costume giveaways, welcoming children and families to come find the perfect costume for their Halloween celebrations. From superheroes and princesses to spooky favorites and creative characters, there was something special for everyone.
The two-day event was made possible by the incredible generosity of local businesses and community members who collected and donated costumes through our annual Halloween Costume Drive. Their support helped fill our shelves with options for children of all ages and gave families the opportunity to choose costumes that felt just right for them.
For children navigating the uncertainty of foster care, opportunities to enjoy the simple joys of childhood can mean so much. Getting to pick out a costume, imagine a character, and look forward to Halloween is one small way we can help create moments of fun, connection, and belonging.
